Beacon Light was built in 2007 and finished to a very high specification, with all rooms having underfloor heating. Oak Doors and floors combined with tiles and a collection of local artists pictures give a contemporary and comfortable feel through out. The architects were Dualchas who have won several awards for designing contemporary builds in spectacular sites on the Hebrides. Beacon Light sits within 30 metres of a sea loch and and has spectacular views from all rooms. The furniture throughout enhances the build of the house and there is a comprehensive library of 800 books
Bedroom 1 (King size bed) is located on the ground floor with built in wardrobes and a patio door leading to the loch side garden.
Bedroom 2 (double bed) on first floor with stunning sea loch and freshwaterloch views with en suite shower and bathroom, mosaic tiled - floor to ceiling.
Bedroom 3 (King size bed) On minstrels' gallery with open views to the lounge and sea loch
All bed linen is from The White Company with duck/goose down duvets and pillows.
Wet Room styled bathroom on ground floor, finished to a high standard with mosaic tiles from floor to ceiling
Ample supply of towels and Hebridean hand made soap
Kitchen - Hand built oak units with granite tops and a centre isle. Integrated dishwasher and fridge; Smeg 6 burner range cooker, microwave, coffee maker, bread maker,slow cooker,blender,le creuset saucepans,pasta cooker
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook. The Langass Lodge is 8 minutes away serving fresh fish and hand dived scallops along with local beef, lamb and venison (subject to availability) for those who wish to eat out.
Utility Room - Miele washer/drier and fridge freezer.
Large Dining area leading off kitchen with Oak Table and 8 dining chairs and great loch views.
Living Room has a very spacious feeling. Two leather sofas TV, DVD player/music system/Bose iplayer and a danish wood / peat burning stove that allows you to relax and enjoy the stunning views acoss the loch which has an abundance of wild life.
There is wi fi, peat/wood for stove, Hebridean luxury soap, integral vacuum cleaning system, hairdryer, a library with 800 books and maps.Washing powder,Dishwasher items and everything you would normally need to have a comfortable holiday in a stunning location and house

Large garage - plenty of room to store your sports equipment, bikes and boats.
Outside grass laid to lawn with ample hard standing parking. An opportunity to launch canoe/kayak from garden. Prime quality teak garden furniture.
